SwimStephy Policies for Swimming Lessons with a Female Swimming Instructor
Please review our official policies carefully to ensure a seamless swimming experience with SwimStephy, head coach - female swimming instructor
1. Lesson Fees, Payments & Trial Lessons
Full payment for the monthly cycle of four lessons is required before the first session begins. Trial classes incur the standard single lesson fee. All payments are non-refundable, unless the coach is unable to attend. Please note that refunds are not provided once the coach is present on-site. Scheduled breaks occur on public holidays and during any fifth week of the month (29th-31st), during which no sessions will occur.
2. Weather & Rain Policy
Our sessions are designed to proceed in various conditions; therefore, lessons will continue as scheduled in light rain.
3. Rescheduling & Availability
Requests for a rain check or to reschedule a lesson must be made at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Any lesson rescheduling is subject to the coach's availability, even if other rescheduling conditions are met.
4. Cancellation Requirements
Any cancellation must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid last-minute cancellation fees.
5. Makeup Lessons & Medical Policy
To be eligible for a makeup lesson reschedule, a valid medical certificate must be provided to the coach.
6. Swimming Equipment
Students are responsible for preparing and bringing their own swimming equipment for all lessons. SwimStephy can provide recommendations on suitable equipment upon request.
7. General Guidelines
Students are strongly advised to stick to their original time slots as much as possible, to be fair to the coach and to other students.
Kindly check with the condo management to see if there is any paperwork that is required for us to assist you with. If there is any deposit required by the condo’s management, the amount will have to be covered by the student.
